working principle:
The bag type dust remover in the carbon plant uses side channel fans or multi-stage centrifugal fans to generate high negative pressure. When the system is running, the dust is sucked into the pipe network. Under the effect of negative pressure, the dust is pumped into the host along the negative pressure pipeline with the air flow. The dust is first separated and filtered by the prefilter and falls into the collection bucket below the machine. Only a small amount of extremely light dust continues to move upward with the air flow and is filtered and separated in the high efficiency filter. The clean air meeting the standard is discharged into the air through the air outlet of the unit through the silencing device.
